Privacy — our mobile games.

This policy covers the HSH Studios games listed below, including the ones made for children. The short version: they collect nothing. No accounts, no ads, no analytics, no tracking, and nothing that leaves the device.

Which games this covers

• BumpHex com.hauntedspacehotel.bumphex A hex board game for young children. Android.

Manager Online — our browser game, which does have accounts — is covered separately in our main privacy policy. It is not a children's title.

What we collect

Nothing. We do not collect, store, transmit, sell or share any personal information about anyone who plays these games. Specifically, the games do not ask for, access or send:

• Names, email addresses, phone numbers or postal addresses
• Location of any kind, precise or approximate
• Contacts, calendar, photos, files, microphone or camera
• Advertising IDs, device identifiers or any other tracking identifier
• Usage analytics, gameplay telemetry, heat maps or session recordings
• Cookies, web beacons or cross-app profiles

There are no accounts to create, no sign-in, and no way to type personal information into the game even if you wanted to.

What is kept on the device

The games save your progress and your settings — things like which board you were on, sound on or off — to a small file in the app's own private storage on the device. That file never leaves the device, is not readable by other apps, and is not backed up to us. Uninstalling the app, or clearing its data in Android's settings, removes it completely.

Children

These games are made for children, and we declare their target audience as including children on Google Play. Because they collect no personal information from anyone, they collect none from a child — which is the only version of that promise we think is worth making.

• No advertising of any kind, ours or anyone else's.
• No links out of the app — no websites, no social media, no other stores.
• No chat, no messaging, no user-generated content, no sharing, no multiplayer over the internet.
• No third-party advertising or analytics SDKs in the build.

We comply with the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA) and with Google Play's Families policy. If you are a parent or guardian and believe a child has somehow provided us with personal information, contact us and we will look into it — though as of this writing there is no mechanism in these games by which that could happen.

Purchases

Some of these games can be unlocked in full with a single one-time purchase. That purchase is handled entirely by Google Play Billing. We never see, receive or store your payment details, your Google account, or your name. The app stores only one fact: whether the unlock is owned.

Google processes the transaction under Google's own privacy policy, and refunds, receipts and family sharing are handled through Google Play, not by us.

Permissions

A released build declares two Android permissions — INTERNET and ACCESS_NETWORK_STATE — because Google's billing library requires them. Both are normal permissions: Android grants them without a prompt, and neither gives access to anything about you. The game itself opens no network connection of its own; the only traffic is Google's billing check. The games request no other permission at all.

Third parties

Google Play is the only third-party service involved, and only for distribution and billing. There are no ad networks, no analytics providers, no social logins, no crash-reporting SDKs and no cloud services in these apps.

Google Play gives us aggregate, anonymised statistics through its developer console — install counts, ratings, anonymous crash reports. We cannot identify anyone from them, and we have asked for nothing more.

Your rights

Data-protection law gives you the right to access, correct, export or delete the personal data a company holds about you. We hold none, so there is nothing to access and nothing to delete on our side. To remove the game's local save, uninstall it or clear its data. If you have a question about any of this, ask us — see below.

Changes to this policy

If a game ever changes what it does with data, we will update this page and the date at the top before that version ships, and we will say plainly what changed. We do not intend for the answer above to stop being "nothing."
