Help us break things

Playtesters wanted.

We have two dozen small games finished or nearly finished — pinball on a rotating hexagon, a 4X starmap, hex solitaire, lightcycles, a card game, checkers for four-year-olds. Two are on Google Play. The rest go out one at a time, and every one of them wants people who are not us playing it before it goes anywhere near a store.

The deal, plainly

  • We email you when there is something to play. Not on a schedule — when a build is ready. Some months that is nothing at all.
  • You owe us nothing. Play it or don't. Tell us it is bad; that is the useful kind of email.
  • Everything is free while it is in test, including the parts that will later cost money.
  • One click gets you off the list — reply to any mail, or write to [email protected] and we delete the record.
  • We never sell, rent, or share your address. It sits on our list and nowhere else.

Where the builds go. Nothing else is ever sent here.

What can you test on?

Pick everything that applies — it decides which builds you hear about.

What we store, exactly

Your name, your email address, the platforms you ticked, whatever you typed in the two optional boxes, the date you joined, and the two-letter country code Cloudflare attaches to the request so we can guess your timezone before mailing you at four in the morning. That is the whole record. No tracking pixel, no analytics, no advertising profile, and no third party — it goes into our own storage and stays there until you ask us to remove it. The full version is in the privacy policy.
